The As One Difference

At As One, we care about diversity, and we care about the gospel. The two are not mutually exclusive. We help Christian schools, universities, and organizations live out their mission by helping them hire and retain diverse educators and leaders who share their biblical beliefs and values. We also provide consulting services that do more than borrow from the latest secular trends. We start and end with the Word of God, because that's where true diversity and equality begin and end. Our approach is undergirded by a robust theology of reconciliation and unity rooted in the gospel with application to real world systems and issues. Like Jesus did on earth, we are committed to telling the truth in love for the glory of God.
